IKIGAI Concept
Ikigai concept helps you to analyze your personality, abilities, dreams, wishes, talents, passions, missions, professions, vocations. Moreover, this concept is also able to scan your strengths to be considered at your dream job.
In general, Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means “a reason for being.” The word “ikigai” is usually used to indicate the source of value in your life or the things that make your life worthwhile. The word translated to English roughly means: “thing that you live for” or “the reason for which you wake up in the morning”.
Ikigai concept can help you to define your ideal occupation, and moreover the whole purpose of your life, reason of being, which is closely connected with a job that you are daily devoted to.
Ikigai is seen as the convergence of four primary elements
